My mom, the BIG Pintrest fanatic, found this recipe this afternoon.  I could not wait to try it out.  So here is my recipe trial of the weekend!  I definitely will be making these again!  NOM NOM!

Mini Garlic Monkey Breads

  • 2 cans buttermilk biscuits
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese, plus 2 tablespoons to sprinkle on top

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Combine melted butter, garlic, dried parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese.

3. Cut biscuits into 4 pieces and gently place in a bowl.  Be careful to not let the pieces get stuck in 1 big blob.

4. Pour sauce mixture (butter, garlic, dried parsley flakes and Parmesan) over biscuit pieces and gently toss to coat.

5. Place 6-7 pieces into a greased 12-cup muffin tin.

6. Sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons of cheese over the top.

7. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes.

Serve Warm.  Makes 12.
